MEATBALLS WITH MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk poured over 1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1 pkg. frozen, cooked, mixed vegetables

Mix first 9 ingredients, form into small meatballs. Brown is skillet, reserve drippings. Add soup and milk to drippings. Add parsley, bring to a boil, blend well. Add mixed, cooked vegetables. Place meatballs in and simmer, then serve.
