MONKEY CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cans biscuits (10 per can)
1 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cinnamon in bag. Cut biscuits in quarters and coat with mixture. Place in well greased bundt or tube pan. Layer biscuits with nut mixture.

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Bring to boil and pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes to let syrup set before inverting on dish.
