BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. melted shortening
1 egg
1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned), drained

Sift flour and baking powder. Add egg, shortening, sugar and milk. Beat only until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Fill well oiled muffin pan 2/3 full.

Bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
