EASY PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 lg. meaty pork chops
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 pkg. crouton stuffing mix
3/4 c. cooking oil

In heavy skillet, brown pork chops in soil. Place in casserole. Drain fat from skillet and add the water. Add onions and stuffing mix. You may add more water if needed to form balls. Shape mixture into 8 dressing balls and place on top of pork chops. Add 1 can of water to celery soup. Pour over chops and dressing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes, or until tender and dressing is lightly browned.

Makes 8 servings.
