HOT CRAN-APPLE CIDER 
2 qt. apple cider
1 1/2 qt. cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 three inch sticks cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 sm. oranges and 3 tbsp. whole cloves to garnish

Heat all ingredients (except garnish items) to boiling in a large kettle; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until flavors are blended, about 15 minutes.

Prepare garnish by pressing the pointed end of cloves into oranges. Pour cider over oranges in a punch bowl.
