CHOCOLATE CREME PUFF COOKIES 
COOKIE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus dark chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine cookie ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 13 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar and shortening. Blend well. Add rest of sugar and beat until creamy. Spread heaping teaspoon of filling between two cookies, making sandwiches. Calories: about 180. Carbohydrates: 25 gm.
