12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into 10-inch pie pan. Blend remaining ingredients (15 seconds in blender) until smooth. Pour over cheese layer. Bake, 400 degrees, until golden brown (about 30 minutes.) May add 1 package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained.
