6-9 slices white bread
1 c. sharp cheese
1 c. mild cheese - Jack or feta
4-6 beaten eggs
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. mixed cheese

Remove crusts from white bread. Place one layer in baking dish. Layer 1 cup sharp cheese, and 1/2 onion and green pepper mixture.

Top with another layer of bread, 1 cup mild cheese, remainder of onions and pepper. Beat 4-6 eggs with half and half, pour over top. Top with 1/4 cup mixed cheese, dab butter over mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6-8.
