NO COOK ICE CREAM 
2 cans evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
Ripe fruit, mashed
Whole milk

Stir evaporated milk and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Add at least 2 cups of your favorite fruit, mashed. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add regular milk to fill line. Freeze according to freezer directions. This is much better if made ahead of time and "packed" with ice and salt and wrapped in newspaper.
