A NUTTY TOPPING 
1/2 c. sugar free maple syrup
4 oz. nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.)

Place any nuts that you like or a combination of nuts into a blender, making a paste you may need to add a spoon of the maple syrup to help with the process. Then add the maple syrup. Great on any hot cake or muffins. Try on pancakes, waffles or toast. Add bananas for a great taste also.
