CAROB NUT BROWNIES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. carob powder
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and blend with oil and honey. Stir into flour. Mix carob powder with milk and add to cookie mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Spread in 9" square baking pan that is well oiled and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut in squares. Keep brownies in a covered jar.
