NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 lbs. cream cheese
2 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter and press mixture into bottom and sides of greased 9 inch springform pan. Chill in freezer while preparing filling.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla and corn starch. Stir in sour cream. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 200 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer. Turn off oven and allow to cool with oven door open slightly for 3 hours.

STRAWBERRY TOPPING:

1 pkg. 10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. corn starch

Heat to boiling for 1 minute and spread over cooled cheesecake.
