1 qt. strawberries or cans crushed pineapple (leave some for top)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch

One cup of either fruit blended. Mix other ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Put on top of cheese cake.
