ICEBOX COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 pkgs. frozen coconut
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Cook cake mix according to directions, adding 1 package coconut to mixture. Bake in sheet pan. When done, punch holes in cake with a large 2-prong fork.

Mix Carnation milk, confectioners sugar, and enough water to milk to make 1 3/4 cups. Pour over cake.

When cake is completely cooled, spread Cool Whip over it; then sprinkle the remaining 2 packages frozen coconut over the top. Refrigerate.
