BEEF BRISKET | |
5 lbs. brisket (lean), 1 1/2" thick 3 sm. cans (6 oz.) tomato juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 tbsp. picante sauce Pour 1 can tomato juice on bottom of heavy roast pan or pot. Place meat on top. Mix juice, sugar, soup mix, picante sauce together. Pour over meat. Cover. Bake 3 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
