TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes with juice
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Add mustard, onion, salt and pepper to tomatoes. Line bottom of 8 x 11 inch baking dish with bread crumbs. Pour mixture on top. Add bread on top. Melt butter. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
