EASY VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. lean boneless beef, cut into 3/4" cubes
3 c. water
10 1/2 oz. can condensed beef broth
16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1/4 c. barley, rinsed
2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 c. Green Giant frozen mixed vegetables (from 16 oz. pkg.)
Salt
Pepper

Heat oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium high heat; brown meat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except vegetables, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; simmer 20 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 6 (1 1/2 cups) servings.
