MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
6 MILKY WAY® bars (13 fun size) 2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped nuts, if desired 1 tsp. vanilla Melt bars and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan over low heat. Beat remaining 1/2 cup butter and sugar in medium bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; beat well. Add flour and baking soda alternately with buttermilk. Stir until smooth. Add melted candy bars; mix well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Top will be quite dark. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Frost if you wish. |
