CHICKEN ALA ALLENTOWN 
1 cut up chicken or 5 or 6 pieces
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 env. Lipton Onion Cup-A-Soup
1/4 - 1/2 c. water
1 bottle Russian Dressing

Marinate chicken at least 3 hours in mixture of next 4 ingredients. Remove chicken from marinade and bake in foil lined, greased pan at 325 degrees for about 2 hours.

Baste with more marinade as needed; cover lightly with foil if it gets too brown toward end of cooking time. Thicken remaining marinade with flour and water and serve as gravy with the chicken.
