COBBLER CRUST 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. cashews
2/3 c. water

Heat 1/4 cup water and juice to 115 degrees. Add yeast and let sit for 10 minutes. Blend cashews and remaining 2/3 cup water until smooth. Add to yeast mixture. Add flours and salt. Knead, then roll out on floured board to 3/8 inch thick. Use for pies or cobbler.

Yield: 2 crusts.
