STEAK PICANTE (LONNIE'S RECIPE) 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
Peppers, pretty with red, yellow and green
Onions
Cheese
Lg. tortillas
Picante sauce

Cut away all fat and cut strips of meat about 2 inches long. Saute meat until tender. Cut peppers and onions into cube pieces. Saute pepper and onions. A wok works great. When meat is tender add to peppers and mix well. Warm tortillas. Place spoonful of meat and pepper mixture.

Add spoonful of grated cheese and fold tortilla to enclose mixture. May be wrapped and frozen or placed in dish. When dish is full, place in 350 degree oven. Cook about 15 minutes. Spread cheese and serve.
