CRANBERRY CHICKEN RUBY 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Coat chicken pieces with flour, salt, and pepper mixture. Brown in melted butter in a skillet, turning once. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
