PIZZA QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 (15 oz.) pkg. all ready pie crust
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced pepperoni (optional)
1 can mushrooms
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie using 9 inch pie pan or 9 inch quiche pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Layer mozzarella and Cheddar cheese in pie crust lined pan. Top with pepperoni and mushrooms.

In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, Italian seasoning and garlic; beat well. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan simmer spaghetti sauce for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

To serve: Cut quiche into wedges. Spoon spaghetti sauce over each wedge.

Note: 1/4 pound Italian sausage, cooked and drained. Can be substituted for pepperoni.
