BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
Flour, salt and pepper - garlic powder
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat with flour and seasonings in shortening. Add onions, green pepper, garlic, mushrooms. Combine sour cream, soup, Worcestershire, Tabasco sauces, salt and pepper. Pour over meat. Cover and braise 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
