SOPHISTICATED MEATBALLS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Mix cheese and soup, then add water gradually and heat. Set aside. 1 egg 1/3 c. bread crumbs 1/3 c. milk Onions (chopped) to taste (about 3 tbsp.)

Brown meatballs in skillet or bake in oven until done. Mix in the cheese sauce. Good served over noodles or rice.
