BANANAS FOSTER 
2 tbsp. butter
4 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. rum
1 tbsp. banana liqueur (optional)
Vanilla ice cream

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add bananas and cook 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine rum and liqueur and pour over bananas. Use a match to carefully ignite the liquid, basting bananas until flame dies out. (You don't have to ignite. You can just pour the liquid over and baste.) Pour bananas over ice cream scooped into individual serving dishes.
