CREAMY POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and press into rectangular pan. Cover top with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
