PINEAPPLE MALLOW PIE 
9 inch baked pie shell
24 lg. marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Cook over medium heat lemon juice, marshmallows and pineapple. Stir constantly until marshmallows are melted. Chill until partially set.

Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Top with chopped almonds, if desired. Chill until set 2 to 3 hours.
