CHILI POT 
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 lb. hamburger meat
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. cooked pinto beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 pkg. med. corn chips
Dash chili powder or chili blend

Saute onions and garlic. Add meat, salt and pepper; cook until browned. Add beans and enchilada sauce. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Pour half of meat in casserole. Spread cheese and chips. Add rest of meat, chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields about 6-8 servings.
