OVERNIGHT BUNS 
2 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
8-10 c. flour

About 5 p.m. dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and knead. Place in warm place to rise. Knead down every hour until 9:30 or 10 p.m.. Shape into buns or rolls.

Put in pans. Cover and let stand overnight. Let rise until morning. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 50 buns.
