LEMON TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine, and pack into 9 x 12 inch pan. 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Grated rind from one lemon

Make as directed (microwave directions work just fine). Pour over cooled mixture. Refrigerate until very cold, (about two hours).

Spread on top. Refrigerate overnight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
