EASY LEMON TORTE | |
36 graham crackers, crushed 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 2 cans lemon pie filling Mix crackers, sugar and butter. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees a few minutes until light brown; cool. Combine half of Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Spread lemon filling on top; add the remaining Cool Whip on top. Keep refrigerated. |
