GREEN BEANS PARMESAN 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans green beans, drained (any style)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese (do not use the powdered dry stuff)
salt and pepper, to taste
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
bread crumbs, for sprinkling (Progresso or 4C)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a casserole dish and set aside.

Cook the onions in butter or oil until translucent. Place green beans, onions and cheese in prepared casserole dish and mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Lightly cover the top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F until hot or until the bread crumbs are golden, about 30 minutes.
