DEVIOUSLY DECADENT CHOCOLATE SAUCE | |
1 cup sweetened condensed milk 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla (Mexican vanilla works best for this) 4 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Pour sugar and condensed milk in a saucepan and cook on medium-low heat until a syrupy texture is achieved. Stir constantly and add in vanilla. Cook for five minutes at a steady heat, still stirring, then add in chocolate chips, one cup at a time. Mix until the sauce has a uniform brown color and hot fudge-like thick texture. Remove from the heat. Can be served warm, cold or packaged as a gift. Submitted by: Mrs. L. Cain |
