PINEAPPLE PUDDING | |
2 eggs 6 tbsp. sugar 1/4 matzah meal 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 tbsp. butter Beat eggs in mixer 5 minutes. Add sugar gradually. Fold in matzah meal, nuts and pineapple. Melt butter in 8 x 10 inch pan, add 2 tablespoons butter into mixture and pour all into the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. |
