JELLO PARTY SALAD 
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. Jello
1 (#303) can undrained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. salad dressing; optional
1 c. whipped cream or topping

Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler with milk. Turn off heat; blend in cream cheese. Add Jello and stir well. Pour into pan or mold. Blend in salad dressing (optional). Fold in pineapple. Fold in whipped cream/topping. Chill in refrigerator; may be frozen for short periods. Use food coloring to give festive look.
