CHICKEN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 can crescent rolls
1 pkg. grated mild cheddar cheese
2 or 3 chicken breast, deboned, cooked & shredded or cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
Lemon pepper seasoning

Press half of your crescent rolls flat onto bottom of casserole dish. Spread small amount of cream of chicken soup over crescent rolls. In a separate bowl mix chicken, remainder of soup, cheese (leave a small amount of cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole) and lemon pepper seasoning (to taste). Spread mixture into casserole dish. Place remainder of crescent rolls on top of mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with brown but make sure crescent rolls have cooked thoroughly.
