BLACK BOTTOM CUPS 
Mixture #1:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mixture #2:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda

Other Items needed:

1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix together the ingredients for Mixture #1; set aside. Mix together the ingredients for Mixture #2; add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix completely.

Fill small cupcake cups half full with 1 tablespoon of Mixture #2. Top with 1 tablespoon Mixture #1. Bake in 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes. Cool.

NOTE: Can be frozen for future use.
