1 box Duncan Hines butter cake
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin orange, juice included
3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed, drained pineapple
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Beat with beater. Put in 3 greased 8-inch pans. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING:

Mix 3 oz. package of instant vanilla pudding with 1 pound can of crushed, drained pineapple. Mix together, then add 12 oz. Cool Whip. Assemble cake with this filling and top. You can decorate with cherries or pineapple.
