MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground meat
2 lg. onions, chopped
Garlic powder (to taste)
4 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. rice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 (15 or 16 oz.) can Ranch style beans

Brown meat. In saucepan cook onions until they are soft. Add onions, chili powder, garlic salt and pepper to meat. Add rice, tomatoes, beans. Cook on top of stove until rice is tender. (Keep stirring - it will stick.)

Put 1/2 of mixture in casserole (9x12). Add cheese, then pour rest of mixture over cheese. Cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
