PINEAPPLE CHI CHI SHAKE 
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. coconut juice
1 oz. dark rum or rum flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
4 pineapple wedges
4 maraschino cherries
4 cocktail picks

Whip all ingredients in blender until creamy and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, by spearing them with a cocktail pick and placing in the drink. 4 - 7 ounce drinks.
