1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Vanilla
1 med. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 or 2 sliced bananas
1 med. sized can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. strawberry glaze

(Cherry pie filling can be used instead of the strawberries, if preferred.)

Cut sugar cookies in 1 inch slices and place in the bottom of a pizza pan. Use any remaining dough to fill in spaces between cookies. Bake according to instructions. While cookies are baking, mix cream cheese with a little sugar and vanilla until thinned. Spread over cooled cookies. Layer pineapple tidbits, oranges, and bananas. Mix strawberries with glaze or use cherry pie filling and spread on top of layered fruit.
