1 sm. Pet milk
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Crisco, size of egg

Mix all ingredients at once. Roll dough thin, thin. Cut with saucer. Fill with fruit. Deep fry in fat. Crust also makes excellent pie crust.
