FRIED PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 c. Crisco 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring 1 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk Roll thin. Cut size of a saucer. Add filling; dampen edge with milk. Fold over and fry in deep fat at 350 degrees. This is enough for 2 cans of pie filling. |
