SOMEN SALAD 
1 pkg. Somen
Lettuce, shredded
Ham, Spam, or Char Siu
2 eggs
1 Kamaboko (fish cake)
Dash of MSG

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Boil Somen noodles, chop ham. Mix eggs with a little sugar. Fry, do not mix, when cooked cool, then cut into strips. Lay Somen in 9 x 13 inch pan. Garnish with lettuce, Kamaboko, ham, and eggs. Mix sauce ingredients in a bottle; shake well and pour over the Somen mixture. Chill and serve cold.
