CURRIED YOGURT DIP 
1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 tomato, diced
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. white horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix well and chill before serving. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
