TOASTED ALMOND TRUFFLES 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 (11 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1/2-1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. almonds

Combine evaporated milk and sugar in small saucepan. Cool over medium heat until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Stir constantly and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in morsels and almond extract until mixture is smooth. Chill 45 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in almonds. Chill until ready to serve.
