BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
Dash salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg whites and salt until it forms a peak. Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff. Fold in crumbs, pecans and vanilla. Spread in buttered pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Fill with sweetened, whipped cream and decorate with shaved chocolate.
