ALOHA FRUITCAKE FILLING 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. toasted flaked coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 oranges, peeled sectioned, finely chopped

Combine sugar and flour in a small saucepan, mixing well; add water. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add toasted coconut, pineapple and oranges. Cook 5 more minutes over medium heat. Cool mixture completely before spreading on cake.
