CAROL'S MINT CANDY | |
2 egg whites kept at room temperature 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar 3/4 c. sifted sugar 6 oz. mint flavored mini chips Green food coloring Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and beat. Add sugar and fold in mini chips. Fold in a few drops of food coloring. Drop on brown paper. Put in oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees. Turn oven off. Leave in oven until oven is cold (about 5 hours) or overnight. |
